Refund Policy / 退款政策

Tickets for Tax Forum 2026 are purchased via the Bookme+ Platform. This refund policy applies to all tickets purchased through Bookme+. 2026 税务论坛 的门票需通过Bookme+平台购买。本退款政策适用于所有通过Bookme+购买的门票。

Requests made 7 or more days before the event/在活动开始前7天或更早提出的请求:

Eligible for a full refund. 符合全额退款条件。

Requests made less than 7 days before the event/在活动开始前不到7天提出的请求: Non-refundable. 不可退款。
No-shows/未到场者: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable if the ticket holder does not attend. 如果持票人未能出席，门票概不退款且不可转让。

Wrong Ticket Type Purchased/购买了错误的票种:
If a participant mistakenly purchases the wrong ticket type (e.g. a Non-Member ticket instead of a Member ticket, or vice versa), the ticket will be cancelled instantly and a full refund issued, regardless of the 7-day deadline above. The participant may then purchase the correct ticket type. 如果参与者误购了错误的票种（例如: “非会员误购会员票”，或反之），该票将立即被取消并全额退款，不受上述7天期限的限制。随后，参与者可购买正确的票种。

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3 business days. 请在上述相关截止日期前，将订单确认号发送至 in.meng@taftac-cambodia.org。退款将在3个工作日内退还至原支付方式。

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event; in such cases, all ticket holders will be offered a full refund regardless of the timing above. 我们保留取消或推迟活动的权利；在此情况下，无论上述时间安排如何，所有持票人将获得全额退款。
